Our licensing confirms that our business meets statutory requirements relating to experience, financial capacity, and regulatory compliance.
All construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with South Australian licensing and trade requirements.
- All works are undertaken by suitably licensed and/or trade-qualified contractors where required under South Australian regulations
- Trade activities such as plumbing, electrical, and structural works are only performed by appropriately licensed professionals
- All works are completed in line with Consumer and Business Services (CBS) South Australia requirements
- Site activities comply with relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC), and applicable building regulations
Century Constructions coordinates all trades within the scope permitted for each licence category and ensures correct sequencing and supervision of licensed specialists where required.

- All personnel and contractors hold a valid White Card
- Site inductions are completed prior to commencing work
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used at all times
- All works are carried out in accordance with Work Health & Safety legislation and site-specific safety procedures

Century Constructions maintains appropriate insurance coverage in line with industry and regulatory requirements, which may include:

NCC & Regulatory Compliance
All construction works coordinated by Century Constructions are undertaken to support compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) in force at the time of construction, where specified by approved plans and project documentation.
Final responsibility for overall building compliance, certification, and statutory approvals remains with the appointed certifier, designer, or relevant authority, in accordance with standard industry practice.
